I wanted to walk the grounds and maybe take a few more pictures for the listing, so I followed the meandering walkway past large rocks, stately trees, and several perfectly placed benches. I continued on toward the direction of the bordering golf course, past the playground, past the large pool, and then around a corner towards a heavily wooded area. This is where I met him... the squirrel man. I watched as he carefully placed a dozen or so pinecones neatly across the top of the block wall. He explained to me he had been doing this every day for the last three years. When he was done he would step back and play some music through his speakers, which was the squirrel's cue to come out of hiding and scamper over and collect his treat. Just like that. And that is when it suddenly hit me just how special this community is... why so few properties come available, and why no one ever wants to leave. This magical place is anything and everything. I am completely convinced that the Three Fountains community is nothing short of enchanted. Also, I want to be neighbors with a squirrel man. Do you want a great big house that feels like home but you don't want a life of yard work and maintenance? Would you rather be reading a book by the pool than mowing your lawn? Want to wake up every morning feeling completely spoiled and in awe that this is actually your life? Yes you say? Well then, I may know of a place. This immaculately cared for home (with walls infused with massive quantities of joy and good mojo) is the largest sized unit available in all of Three Fountains and it's priced to move. Come see the magic for yourself. Also, in case you were wondering if the squirrel has a name, it does, I asked. His name is Squirrel.
