EXCELLENT 50's-era up/down duplex in historic Capitol Hill. No recent rental history as dad lived on top floor and daughter lives in lower unit. Sep. entrances tho. What's amazing about this place is you can drive around the back on Zane Avenue to the garages and see a pretty large yard for this part of town to the north of the duplex. I personally would try and get a giant she-shed or mini house out in that yard! This has been well cared for over the years and has terrific views of the lake. Elec. is two bills for two different addresses. Two water heaters - one is an overflow. 2 furnaces, two A/C. There are stackable W/D hookups in upstairs unit's bathroom and there's another W/D area in the furnace room down plus lots of storage in that area. The post office has two addresses 525 and 527 but it's one parcel. ALSO there are TWO parking spaces on the street just to the right of the property.
